Spring rolls are so called because they are a typical New Year's anneal, the day on which, according to the Chinese calendar, spring begins. Behind the name Mulan is a story of sacrifices, new beginnings, risks, a desire to emerge but also an outsized courage to defy social rigidity and go beyond prejudice. Everything, it started from a small restaurant business and a dream. The idea of naming the 'business Mulan is due to the three female daughters. the dream of Mr. and Mrs. Zhang was for the 3 female daughters to become three tenacious warriors like Mulan (the legendary Chinese heroine), strong, brave and independent. Thus, respect for tradition, craftsmanship and high quality are the founding principles of the Mulan brand. High quality is ensured by a careful selection of ingredients: 95 percent of them are purchased in Italy, while only 5 percent come directly from Asia, i.e. those raw materials not available in italy. Production is still artisanal. From the method of sealing Chinese dumplings, to the meticulous cooking processes of the ingredients, chefs prepare the dishes in the Mulan lines according to the ancient oriental culinary art. Only in the kneading and packaging stages are the chefs' mastery joined by the most advanced European technologies. 0-4°CSTATIC OVEN: preheat the oven to 180°C. Pour the contents of the tray into a special container and heat for 5 minutes.IN THE PAN: In a non-stick pan, heat two tablespoons of oil. Pour in the contents of the tray and, turning occasionally, heat for 3 minutes.
